Interview
The interview process started with an initial screening interview with Dan Henson that was encouraging and friendly. Dan was a great start as he gave me time to explain my experience and I never felt intimated during the process. After that, the second interview I was interviewed by Allyson Ross and AJ Sneed and they were a pleasure to talk to. The second interview consisted of what the job entailed and questions about my prior experiences in the support field. The onboarding went smoothly and the training that I've experienced has been amazing.
