Before describing the interview process let me say this. "This company has no ethics" So I got a call from their HR in July and as usual I was asked about my skillset, notice period, current CTC and expected CTC .They told me they can offer upto to certain LPA which was above my CTC but below my expected CTC and I was OK with that. Then the 1st technical round was a video interview.I was asked bout theoretical questions on Spark,Glue etc. There were 2 easy coding questions on SQL and PySpark which I was able to solve. After clearing the first round I was called to their Bangalore office for 2nd round which was supposed to be techo managerial. It was interesting that the interviewer was in Chennai and I had a video round at their office. Not sure why I was called to their office for a video interview. Anyway that round also went well. I was asked about my past projects. Also I was asked about my expected CTC and family background etc. He was very polite. I felt positive after that round. Then I got a call from HR immediately the director wants to have a discussion and I was told to wait for sometime at their office. But after sometime again I was told that the director has left office and I could leave. The next day when I called the HR for feedback he said I have cleared the 2nd round and my expected salary was forwarded to some guy in USA for approval. It was a Thursday I believe and I was told he would update me by Friday or Saturday. But again no update till Friday. I called him again on Monday and the HR completely ignored my calls. So I called another HR and he said my profile was on hold. I was furious and I said few days back my CTC went for approval and now you are saying it's on hold. I even asked for feedback in email and they didn't bother to reply me. I told them if I got rejected pls let me know. The first HR kept telling me that I cleared both rounds and I was not rejected. Then after few days I called HR and this time he was saying "Sorry the project requirement gathering is going very slow and we don't know when we would get the project so we can't give you any offer and if I have any other offer I should take that offer and not wait for Perficient's offer" I was really struggling to believe what kind of nonsense this guy is speaking. Their interview process of 3 weeks was a complete waste of time .Also came to know they were doing this with some other candidates.That's why in the beginning I mentioned this company has no ethics at all
