You apply, meet with both levels of management, first round is meeting with your direct supervisor, then meet with the VP and President of the company, every one is very nice and easy to interview with. then you are contacted with in a couple days to go through a two week training process.

Very welcoming and encouraging and it was an easy experience go with the flow conversation like rather than a structured interview. Glad I had a good expierence it helped guide my way into the work space.
