4. Technical/Managerial Interview (Round 2)
• Evaluates practical knowledge, architecture understanding, debugging approach, and scenario-based questions.
• The hiring manager might also assess teamwork, ownership, and ability to handle real-world project challenges.
5. HR/Behavioral or Final Discussion
• Focuses on cultural fit, communication skills, attitude, and alignment with company values.
• Salary negotiation, joining date, and other terms are usually discussed here.
6. Offer & Onboarding
• Once selected, the HR team sends a formal offer letter.
• The onboarding process begins, including documentation, background checks, and introduction to the team.
