      Interview

I had an interview with talent acquistion. Then I had a business case and a cold call. I had to come into office to do the cold call twice with management so they can see how i apply feedback. I then had to go over my business case with them. Then I had a final culture fit interview.

      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Perk (Barcelona) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The overall hiring process was objectively unfair and did not aim to assess my actual sales skills. A role play does not truly measure a person’s selling ability, as it is impossible to realistically simulate a real client situation—especially when the interviewer, as happened during my third interview, is not able to convincingly play the role of the customer. More importantly, the communication regarding the topics that were supposed to be covered in the different interviews turned out to be inaccurate for both the second and the third stages. During the second interview, my practical exercise was evaluated negatively and my experience and skills were questioned in an unprofessional manner. In the third interview, I was asked to complete another practical exercise, despite being told beforehand that the discussion would focus exclusively on my motivation and the strategic aspects of the role—moreover, under conditions that did not allow for a fair evaluation of my abilities. Furthermore, the feedback given at the end of the practical exercise in the third interview appeared to be the same as in the previous interview and did not reflect my actual performance, almost as if the decision had already already been made. As a result, I was not given a fair opportunity to effectively demonstrate my value. The only positive experiences I had were during the first and the fourth interviews, which focused on cultural fit. I feel that my time was wasted, and I do not believe I will apply to your company again. I would also not recommend it to others.
