Possibly the strangest and most unprofessional interview process I've come across. The interviewer (late without apology), logged onto skype from what looked like a basement. Obviously very junior but still couldn't describe very well the company or what they did. I had studied hard for this first interview and had a list of questions about the role and company but not one question could be answered. They were keen to talk about how great they were but not really understanding the value prop at all. I have had interviews with so many brilliant companies in Barcelona and on the surface I wanted to consider TravelPerk but they look so amateur in comparison to everywhere else in the market.
