Interview
Passed 3 stages, unfortunately dropped at the whiteboard challenge (still sad about this).
Reflecting after thought that I got too fixated on showcasing some collaborative processes (to be fair that was listed as an expectation) and spend too much time trying to do a role play with 2 other designers to show how I'd work in a team.
In the end they game me a very logical and structured task which could be doable if I did what I'd normally do: figure out what the product does, who uses it and how + what were technical constraints.

There was some fake data for me for a start and I had a goal to move certain metrics with my changes.

Interview
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Perk (Bangalore) in July 2015. The interview process was normal, not too tough to crack. The people were humble. Overall the interview was good.
