Interview
You need to pass a couple of tests, the first one being a questionnaire both in Italian and English, the second one being more specific to evaluating maps. The second test is hard, you need to thoroughly practice with the map tools you are given before taking the exam.

Interview
The interview process is simple. First, you’ll have a short chat where you’ll be asked a few basic questions about geography. If you pass that part, you'll receive a set of guidelines to study.
After that, there’s a 40-question exam based on the guidelines. You need to pass this exam before you can start working.

They asked a question about the guidelines they provided, just to make sure I understood them.
Test technique d’aptitudes, quizz de culture générale et questionnaire personnel. Le processus est ludique mais très facile d’accès. L’application est par contre très fluide est l’UX est bonne. Les réponses ont l’air d’être automatisées sur le site.
