4 interviews, HR, Innovation director and than interacting team members. Went quite fast 2-3weeks I had an offer. It was quite enjoyable process . The HR did not asked the usual questions of 3 qualities and so on but really wanted to see the company culture fit. All interviews were more a discussion then jnterview.

Quite easy going process, team seemed professional. I didn't received an offer as I discovered that after the 2nd interview, the role was not fitting to what I was looking for. The recruiter understood my lack of motivation
