First interview was a three person panel. The questions were all excellent, geared toward determining if a person did their homework on the district/school, and if they really cared about kids and could work with parents. My overall feeling is that these people really care about the students and want the best possible teachers for them. I was impressed. The second step was a demo lesson in a classroom (with students) and a panel present. They give you the standards for the lesson.
