Person Directed Supports interview questions

Hello, we run background checks on all employees along with drivers checks. We also run enhanced background checks on Management staff. PDS staff are trained to follow certain interview questions for Direct Support Staff and we will continue to train managers to do so. PDS is always striving to improve the interview process.
