Persona Identities Customer Support Engineer interview questions

Hiring manager screen, take home test, virtual onsite (~3 hours, 4 interviews). Pretty straightforward, with the onsite consisting of interviews about cross-functional collaboration, prioritisation and growth, a teach and learn exercise, and culture. While the whole process was great, I was disappointed at the end, as after a week from the onsite I hadn't heard anything, and only heard after asking for an update that I was no longer being considered. I am quite disappointed, considering I had finished the whole interview process, including a 3 hour onsite during my evening (timezone disparity), and did not get any feedback.
