I was not told prior to joining that my hiring manager and head of department had resigned and throughout the process of my onboarding i was still under the impression that i would be working closely with them
One of the interviewers had a very odd tendency of mansplaining, recruiter had pointed out to me prior that this interviewer also had a particular disdain to grammar. Not a bad thing but id think your skillsets should be of higher priority? Idk it was the first time among 10 other companies ive interviewed that i was informed of this particular comment to take note of.
There were multiple red flags with this interviewer but I chose to look past it because he was not my hiring manager.
