      Interview

I had applied through LinkedIn and they gave me a call a few days later asking to set up an interview. This was my first interview out of college so I was pretty nervous. The HR person sat me in the room and I was first interviewed by the associate that used to have the job I applied for. We talked a bit and went through my resume and then his supervisor came in later to talk to me as well. Most of their questions were based on situations and they wanted to see my approach to working by myself and working with others.
