Bizarre, to say the least. Convoluted application process, and convoluted interview process for no real reason. The application itself consists of submitting your resume, a cover letter, and a 2-4 minute video of yourself responding to a prompt of their choice. If you progress - before you're even considered for an interview - you're then asked to fill out a 2-page/10 question questionnaire. You could then potentially progress to an interview with HR. They then explain that the process is: HR interview, 'hiring manager' - who is also listed as the CEO - interview, interview with potential colleagues, and then a final, panel interview.

Question 1
Pretty standard fare/cookie cutter interview questions. I remember less about the actual questions than I do about how you could tell the person interviewing me was clearly disinterested less than two minutes in.
