phone interview. questions asked. salary, vacation time etc. questions in regards to my skills, comfort with surgery and dental procedures. What I was looking for in a hospital. Discussed long term goals where I would like to live and what vet school I attended

The phone interview went well, but then I was asked to do a non-paid working interview for a full shift before being considered for hire. This is an illegal practice and was my immediate red flag to decline.
