Interview via phone and in person. Very simple regarding problem solving and your goals. Nothing difficult and very straight forward. Believe that people are pretty easy to move foward during the process

How do you deal with extra time that you have during the job
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
