Two interviews, both partner- led. First was standard about yourself/CV. The second interview was a case study exercise with half an hour to read and about an hour to discuss.

Interview process was two rounds, two partners per round. The first was a general introduction and discussion, the second was a case study, with time to write up the response, and then an hour to discuss it and your experience generally. I was made an offer, however this was less than their advertised pay range and they didn’t give me a good reason why this was the case. Felt it was a waste of time.
