Interview
I interviewed with two women, both of whom were very polite and friendly. It was semi-structured, but it was pretty laidback. I felt comfortable asking questions and addressing any concerns that I may have had.

They asked me to think of one time that I turned a negative experience with a customer into a positive one.

Interview
Applied online, was contacted within one business day for a quick 20 minute interview with HR. Was invited for an in-person interview with an HR rep the following week. The interview took approximately an hour- the rep was friendly and easy going. Was then invited for an additional interview with two team leaders the following week. Again, easy-going individuals, and the interview took just over an hour.

Tell us about yourself, what sales experience do you have, why should we hire you, tell us about a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and what was the outcome- tell us the steps you took to solve the problem, tell us about one of your greatest accomplishments.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pethealth (Rolling Meadows, IL) in June 2014
Interview
I waited 20 minutes to be interviewed and waited in a very small reception area.
2 people from Canada sit with you and ask you to tell them about yourself.
They asked if I had any pets.
