Overall, the initial stages of the interview process were very good and ran smoothly. However, when it came time for the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) phase, I experienced multiple unexpected changes regarding both the scheduled time and the location. Dealing with these constant logistical shifts was quite frustrating and made it difficult to properly prepare.
