After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2007
Interview
Phone interview went well. No hard questions. General interview questions. Know the company and be able to respond using STAR responses. Was told within 48 hours that I had been moved to the next round of interviews. It has been almost two years and I haven't heard anything, but it's ok because I'm no longer interested in that field. I just thought it was pretty unprofessional to tell me someone would be calling me with the next interview time and they never did.
