I have an excellent experience with using Olivia, the virtual scheduling assistant. It was easy to use and a very efficient process to schedule the interview. I wish other employers used this.

The selection process comprised 3–4 rounds of interviews, scheduled based on mutual availability. The sequence was as follows: 1. Initial HR Screening – Conducted by the HR team to assess overall fit and basic eligibility. 2. Line Manager Interview – Focused on role-specific skills and experience. 3. Super Boss Interview – A higher-level evaluation of strategic alignment and leadership expectations. 4. Cross-functional Interviews – Two additional rounds with stakeholders from other Business Units to assess collaborative and business-wide fit. 5. Final Interview with HR Head – Focused on culture fit, organizational alignment, and final discussion.

It was not what i was looking for. The company looks like really do not care about their future employees. Something is changing on the bad side. And i dind get any infirmatios.
