I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Toronto, ON) in May 2019
Interview
It was quick easy process. I was brought in through a recruiter who passed my resume on to Pfizer. The whole process was over within a month. I had two interviews. Got an offer shortly after the second interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic generic STAR questions for the first interview. "Tell me about a time when you did this, tell me about a time you showed leadership skills, tell me about a time you convinced everyone to go with your idea, tell me about a time you had to make a difficult to decision with limited amount of information" If you review star questions online and make notes prior to your interview you should be fine.
Second interview was more of a conversation with a different person in the company.
