I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer in Feb 2020
Interview
3 stage process before Interview is awarded. Took place online due to Coronavirus guidelines. Online supervised assessment quite tedious and hard to know how it went. Phone interview was quite relaxed and informal. Online simulation similarly tedious. Lomg recruitment process should benefit candidate

Question 1
Are you comfortable working with people who may have lower academic qualifications than you but may have higher pay due to their experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pfizer (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2023
Interview
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
