It was a very smooth and good experience, the interviewer provided a comfort zone so that you can fluently answer the questions. Overall I will say they are very straight forward.

They asked regarding Pfizer core values and knowledge regarding the subject matter and job role.
Applied online directly through the website. Request for phone interview within a couple of days. My interview was confirmed a week after. Not sure what happened but no one joined the call. A couple days later someone reached back out and set up another interview.

One to one interview with the hiring manager at first got a call to arrange a second interview that as a panel interview 10 days later. panel interview with 8 people including the hiring manager for the position

Recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screening. A few hours before the phone screening, the call was rescheduled to after work hours. The recruiter never contacted me or followed up to reschedule the call.
