Pfizer Senior Operations Professional interview questions

Group phone screen, then group interview in person, then HR offer discussions. Process took forever - 8 months, and never heard back from company after verbally accepting an offer. The interview process I experienced should be an embarrassment to any company, especially one as big as Pfizer. Fortunately, I have other options, but others might not be so lucky.
