A first interview with detailed questions related to the previous experience and skills required for the role, then I was told there would be a second.
While the interview went well and the person in charge was nice, I didn't receive much specific important information related to the project itself and rrhh matters (salary, specific working hours, holiday, etc). I then received an unplanned call to offer me the position in which I received more unclear details and information. Not the way they had warned me the process would be and not clearer about the initial information I received, so overall, chaotic and dissapointing process, since they weren't comprehensive at all and were only interested in a rushed closing
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PharmEng (Madrid) in Oct 2023
Interview
