Pharmaron interview questions

It is not difficult, they asked about the instrument like HPLC, weakness, what technique have you used, how could you manage the stress, and some project about you did. I think they have their own question list so they didn't ask about in the cv and the cover letter.

It was a 3 stage interview process - Initial over the phone conversation with someone from Talent Aquisition. Second stage was a Teams call with Team Lead and Senior Manager. Third stage was on-site interview involving a 1 hour interview with Team Lead and Sr. Manager, then a site tour, meeting the team and HR interview.
