even with the qualifications required for the job(education, experience) and also with preferred skills, i got a call from HR for a phone interview, after i said to the hiring manager i'm immigrant, she asked me 2 questions not related to the job and ended the interview, only lasting 10 min. after 5 days with no feedback, I followed up and been told that the company was looking for someone with more experience and a local candidate. This company pretend promoting diversity and equal opportunity for candidates but it's not true, following my experience this company practices discrimination.
