Phase Eight Style Advisor interview questions

Extremely quick interview only lasted about 10 minutes. One on one with the manager in her office. Found some of the questions quite difficult to answer as I haven't had much experience but the process was okay.

I got a call a week after I applied to ask if I’m available for an interview. The manager had a list of questions that I answered and she was writing them down.
