PhiStream Consulting interview questions

I have applied for the job online through some job portal post which I got the call from Phistream Consulting HR. First round of interview consisted of aptitude test and written test. Post this I had three rounds of interview.

The first round was technical... I cleared that And in interview i gave my best and the interviewer was happy with my skills..and they told me that they will notify me about joining soon(next day) But they didn't anything till now (it's been about 30-35days)..and when finally decided to go in company they told me that i shouldn't be dependent on this job 😈... Very disgusting... Seriously 2.No management 3.No one have responsibility
