Good interview process, very smooth. had a very fun conversation and was not intimidating and it was very smooth and friendly. Would recommend being calm and treat it like a normal conversation
I applied online. I interviewed at Phigenics (Detroit, MI)
Interview
The interview process at the company was comprehensive, involving multiple stages including a phone interview, video interview, ride along, and in-person interview. While the process was lengthy, it provided ample opportunity to learn about the company and its operations. However, I was not particularly impressed with my overall experience. After the interviews, I was informed that the company would reach out to discuss next steps. Following up after several weeks due to a lack of response, I was informed that they had decided to proceed with other candidates.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Phigenics in July 2018
Interview
Initially contacted by HR for a phone interview (20min). On site interview with existing account manager and regional sales was extremely awkward. Instead of asking regular interview questions they were interested in what I knew about the company. The regional sales seemed to ask to many personal questions which even the account manager was surprised by. Overall not a great experience compared to other companies.
