It was an 8 AM interview, which the interviewer was late for the meeting. After 20 minutes or so, I was called into an office and interviewed with the HR manager. The rest of the interview was typical to what is expected, going from office to office meeting individuals within the organization, getting a feel for the facility and how they operated. Nothing that was a surprise.
