Two rounds of non-human interviews. One 10 question assessment and then one data science open ended case study (baseball related). Minimum of two further rounds of human interviews, both baseball and data science questions.

The process is well organised with a non-technical interview followed by a small project, and a couple technical interviews afterwards. The difficulty increases after each round. Bayesian and baseball knowledge is obviously crucial
