Interview
First contact via a phone call, then I had a meeting in a store. There I had an interview with the store director. Great interview, not too formal, more like a discussion which was really enriching

Interview
I was invited to an online interview. The interviewer was EXTREMELY rude to me. She never smiled, didn't even greet me properly, just jumped into the questions. The questions were very basic and really had no direction whatsoever. They were incredibly generic, and felt absolutely unrelated to the position and pointless. Judging from the comments in this page, I don't think the interviewer was from HR or had any idea on how to conduct an actual interview. Then she asked me if I had any questions. None of my questions were answered meaningfully or nicely, and she even was bold enough to tell me that there were no growth opportunities for me. What?? How can you even say something like that to a potential employee? But then again, judging by the reviews on this site, I am not surprised at all. I mean entirety of corporate has been accused of sexism, racism and homophobia several times, and of treating their employees as subhuman. This company needs to be put out of business ASAP so please, just avoid applying to this joke of a company entirely.
