They will text you your interview schedule. You will fill up an application form and the HR will interview you and you will take an exam. The 1st part is the 3 essays and 60 questions sacht completion sentences, the 2nd part is the IPAT (abstract patterns etc) and 120+ questions that contained vocabulary, mathematics (word problems) etc. within 25 mins
