I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Phillips Chevrolet (Frankfort, IL) in June 2025
Interview
The initial interview could have been a zoom call. They were unable to answer questions or explain the pay structure. It was basically a way to see if you are willing to work in their unreasonable work environment. They also used red flag phrases like "we work hard we play hard" and there are a lot of perks like "free lunches" and "sports tickets" that you BTW you will never be able to use working 50 hours a week, starting only making 40k-50k, working every Saturday and a close to open required once a week. They went on about how they are the top seller, but they are maintaining that on the backs of employees with no work life balance
