Interview
The hiring process consisted of them calling and asking me to come to Ohio. I showed up and went through safety and orientation training and drug testing the next day. There was never an actual interview or any questions other than over the phone they asked what equipment I could operate.

There really weren't any difficult questions. It was pretty straightforward after agreeing on when I would make the drive to the job office location.

Interview
Interview consisted of riding the job and looking at what needed to be done. Talking about my abilities. Looking at the equipment and the correct operation sequence. It was very pleasant and no pressure atmosphere.
