Provided that I'm a good fit for the role, interviewed with my store supervisor and then proceeded to an interview with the district supervisor. Being with philz one year before interviewing allowed more support for securing a second interview.

Interview
Most questions were related to what if scenarios and how to delegate responsibility. Some questions about de-escalation. My interview was via zoom; however, it is not uncommon for interviews to be in person.
Talk to a recruiter for first interview (30 mins), then if the recruiter thinks you are a match for the store/team you are applying for then you get an email inviting you to a second interview with the store leader (gm) and if you score high then you will get the job offer.

Tell us about a time you had a conflict with someone at work and how did you navigate that?
The whole process was pretty straight forward. I was an internal hire, so I had an interview with the area lead over zoom. The whole process from application to offer took about 2 weeks if I remember correctly.
