Interview process is simple enough, other than the typical questions. Nothing weird or out of the ordinary was asked. The background process took a bit to be completed though it was relatively painless.

They were desperate to hire me. Honestly they seem to take anyone who can practice therapy. I've watched them hire some really questionable people. They are focused on weither or not you can make them money not whether or not you can ably help people.

What populations of people I work on. They were keenly interested in if I work with kids as they make up the bulk of their referrals.
