      Implementation Associate Interview

      13 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Phreesia (New York, NY) in Dec 2016

      Interview

I applied online and heard back from someone at HR about 1 week later. I had about 7 phone calls prior to coming onsite. These calls were with all different levels of people at Phreesia. They then invited me onsite and I was asked the same questions that the 7 people I already spoke with asked me. Onsite i had 4 interviews, 2 interviews with implementation associates, 1 with a director and one with the VP. During my interview they were supposed to give me a demo of the product but it wasnt working, which says a lot about the company and mission in general. My interview with the VP was awful, he was very rude and from the beginning made it clear to me he had to get on another call in about 20 minutes, but was also 10 min late to my interview. After the interview, I sat awkwardly in a room waiting for a person from HR to come get me, I think I waited for about 30 min. After my interview I sent thank yous but didnt receive a response until a automated rejection 1 week later. Awful experience would not recommend this company.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Phreesia (New York, NY) in Apr 2017

      Interview

Was originally told they were interested in moving quickly. Had over 4 phone interviews over 4 weeks and didn't get invited to an on-site interview. I was asked the same basic behavioral questions in each round (definitely an unorganized process). I answered them all the same way for each person but the last phone interviewer didn't like the depth of my answers. It's really hard to give depth and measurable results when you're asked very basic behavioral questions. Overall horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this company, especially for those looking at entry-level positions. I should have listened to more of the Glassdoor reviews before I went through this lengthy process.

      Interview

Applied online, contacted me for a phone interview. It took them a few weeks to get back to me, so that was kind of annoying. Interview wasn't too bad; they asked standard questions about ideal work environment, are you okay with working on multiple things at once, are you willing to travel, etc.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Phreesia (New York, NY) in Mar 2017

      Interview

The interview process had 9 interviews. It started with 1 phone screening from HR - pretty generic behavioral questions. Then I spoke with the VP of Implementation for a round of behavioral questions again. I spoke with a current employee over the phone to learn more about the position. After these phone interviews, I was flown out to visit the NYC office. 1 round included product demonstration and the rest were behavioral questions. There was a case study to see analytic abilities, which was considerably easier than those from management consulting firms. Total of 5 interviews during the on site visit. Overall, a very smooth interview process. The recruiter was always very quick to reply. Travel logistics for the on-site visit were a disaster due to a breakdown in communications.
