Met with Sales Manager first for general interview. Overview of company and general review of resume. Added VP of Sales in second interview for deeper dive into my skills. Hired within 3 weeks of first interview.

It's just a conversation, no interview style questions. It'll be Gary or Brent, just tell them how amped you are for the product (whatever that is now, their parent company was bought out) and how much you like to sell.
