Picardie Timber Frame + Millwork interview questions

I did a remote interview (it was the second step, as I had already did a phone interview.) The lady who initially called me to set up the remote interview was super nice. However, during the remote interview the owner was in attendance. She sat there with a smug mean look and her arms folded the entire time. She was very abrasive. It was an extremely uncomfortable interview. Could she be one of the reasons for the extremely high turnover at this company??? They could not have offered me enough to work at this establishment. No thank you.
