Interview
The hiring process is through a couple of property managers. You can get the feel of what type of property you will be working for and seeing the employees as they are introduced to you. The property is clean and the office has very friendly staff. The questions are pretty direct but basic questions about what would you do if you saw another co-worker stealing from the company, conflict resolution, and a bit of your selling tactics.

Interview
I was called for an in-person interview with the district manager which I attended at the property itself comma after approximately two weeks I was called for an online interview with a vice president of recruiting period within one week of that the job was offered to me under the condition that I passed a drug test within 24 hours and I had to wait an additional 10 days for the background check to come back

What do I like to do in my spare time? What is my work experience? What am I looking for in my next position?
Interview process was nice environment; calming to nerves. Asked a few questions that were all easy to answer. Also they gave an income figure which was nice because normally preliminary interviews say never ask for estimated income but they gave it freely. So that was definitely nice. The individuals who conducted individual were also nice.
