Normal call with HR in first round . Normal discussion about your current job. what you do and so on.
Later they will give you test that should be completed in 6 days.

they give test where you need to create ES cluster in the k8s as pods, But they dont give how many node and replica and nodes they want

After sending an email + resume, asking for a call to ask some questions, picnic got back to me (quickly!) saying that they could not see a match... which is strange since I've build some of the platforms that picnic is using and that i have 9+ years of experience working for the worlds biggest tech companies. I wonder what kind of tech-genius they are hoping for.
