Picnic Python Developer interview questions

Applied online. Had a call with a recruiter. Just normal HR questions like what's your background, why do you wanna work here, and why do you wanna leave your current company. I rambled a little, but I thought that was ok. Got a rejection two days later. I thought they could give me a chance to pass the technical questions and talk about these things in the engineering manager interview.

Applied online, heard back from them about a week later. After the HR review, they sent an email a few days later about the rejection. They said that they need more experience on some of the technologies they are using.
