Applied online, received an email with interview times. Met in person, very quick process. I think it was going to be a group interview, but no one else showed so it was 1:1.

I attended a group interview with a group of 15 people. We were asked to brainstorm in small teams for ideas on how to capture and advertise the customer experience in Merlin Entertainments theme parks. Half of the people ended up getting hired, including myself - as long as you participated in the exercises and made sure to look engaged and excited you were doing great. They had open positions in a few of the attractions and they chose whos working where without asking us for our preferences, which meant a lot of people got placed to work in an attraction they cared very little about and ended up dropping our during the training.
