Interview
This is a pyramid scheme type job. It's worth it if you don't have a college degree, this would be a good way to gain experience.
After you apply online, they call and set up an interview. The interview in a ratty apartment last maybe 15 minutes and they ask you the same question just with different wording over and over again. They then will say we will call you if we want to move forward or not. about an hour later they called me and offered a second interview. They don't tell you the "event" is at a kiosk at a Sam's club. They just give you an address and tell you to dress Business professional. When you get to the Sam's club they have an employee (mine was in his lower 20s and dressed like a Waiter) there to interview you at the cafeteria then take you to the kiosk with "as seen on TV" type products and gives is sell speech to you. After that they take you back to the cafeteria and tell you about the pay and schedule. for the first few months you will be taking "business classes". I received a 3rd interview where they tell you yes or no, but declined, as I have experience in actual event planning and a bachelor's degree.

Interview
The office was one of the shabbiest ones I've ever seen, in an odd location among residential apartments. The whole thing lasted maybe 10 minutes and seemed promising as the woman said starting out you make $1000-$1400/wk (she misspoke, that's every TWO weeks). The second interview was in a Sam's Club and it's not an "event", you harass customers to buy discounted products. This interviewer was poorly put together with day old makeup, faded pants/shirt with a Goodwill blazer. Not an image of success. They do three rounds, I made it through these two before I realized it's all some pyramid scheme.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews.
1st Round: Quick interview at their office in Winston- Salem. The assistant manager sat down and asked a few question about what I was looking for and briefly told me about the position. They let me know if I made it through to the 2nd round interview they'd call me before the end of the day.
2nd Round: I met with one of their Campaign Managers out at one of the campaigns they were running. They asked me more about myself, background and what I was looking for. They showed me the event and what they did in they're entry level position. We sat back down and discussed the opportunity they were able to provide, went of scheduling and their pay structure. They told me that they would compare notes from the two interviews and would call me back the following business day.
3rd Round: I was able to sit down with the owner who went over everything thus far. They answered any questions I still had and then made sure this was an opportunity I was looking for. After, they told me they'd call before the end of the day to offer me the position or not.
