You get to the office and meet the team, they ask you some questions about your background and experience, then you go into the shop and take a 3G Mig Weld Test using Flux Core wire.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Piedmont Metals (Burlington, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview was over a two day time period, and had a total of four interviews. I met with their Production Manager, Vice President, Business Dev Manager, & President.
Most questions pertained to my previous experience, and they only had a few technical questions. Overall I thought the process went well.
