Pies & Pints Pizzeria interview questions

Came in to interview with a manager and had to wait 30 minutes. The interview was strangely intense for a server/bartender position but the job seemed cool enough. Came back for a 2nd interview a few days later and the other manager was much more relaxed.

The 1st interview was extensive but it was very positive. Probably one of the longest interviews I've ever had, however it was in depth and we had great rapport! Spent over an hour with the director of operations and he was interested in everything I had to say & kept digging for more! By the end I felt as if I'd already landed the job. The 2nd interview was a "working interview" where they had me come in and act as if I was managing the shift, although knowing nothing about the requirements or responsibilities. They wanted to see how I'd adapt to the situation and how I'd interact with customers. Lasted a couple hours and I loved the atmosphere! Felt very much at home! Met one more time to do the background & learn about benefits and discuss culture & expectations.
